"I just wanted to express how pleased I was with Gauthier Electric.
I had initially contacted 3 different electric services. Gauthier was the only one to reply to my e-mail, thus making me feel as if my job was just as important as any other client. The reply offered advice and recommendations in a language I could understand.
When I called to schedule an appointment, Shaun was available within 24 hours. He and his apprentice arrived promptly and began work right away. I was surprised and impressed to see a female apprentice working with the owner which suggests a fair and equitable employer. Both were extremely professional, fast, friendly and honest in offering the most cost effective solution.
The website was amazing. There were no questions left unanswered and no surprises or hidden costs.
