Welcome to our, "No Cancellation" Policy
Please understand that we are in high demand and time slots are highly valued.
From the minute you place a call to our office, administration is working for you. We have an initial service charge to come to your residence. There is always a certain amount of administrative work that encompasses reception, correspondence (emailing, faxing etc.) and scheduling ($100.00).
All this 'behind the scenes' work is a cost to our company and is put in place to ensure our ability to continue to provide the top notch service that we are well known for.
Between the time that you reserve a time slot and your actual service call, several other customers may request that exact day and time. Prior to our arrival on side, your credit card information it is automatically pre-authorized to cover the service charge (plus the first hour of on-site services).
If for any reason you cancel your original service call, the $100.00 HST service charge will remain on your credit card statement.
We the company reserve the right to apply a cancellation charge to any customer not adhering to ANY of our policies, stated on this website or as indicated on any of our paper or electronic documents.
Onsite or email based flat rate contract: 30% of the signed contract or email quote replied to.
Once you have supplied our office with your credit card information, we retain the right to apply cancellation charges at any time.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
Over the phone service call: $100 cancellation charge.
